These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mimik platform, including mimik.com and all associated sites linked to mimik.com by mimik, its subsidiaries and affiliates, including and governs all use of the mimik Solutions, including the mimOE platform, Device First Continuum AI services, SDKs, APIs, mimik website, developer portal, and related documentation and services (collectively, the “mimik Platform”).

The mimik Platform is owned and operated by mimik Technology Inc. (“mimik”).

By accessing or using the mimik Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the mimik Platform.

mimik may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the mimik Platform is owned by or licensed to mimik and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, or violate applicable laws.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Developer and API Terms

Use of APIs, SDKs, and developer resources is subject to a limited, non-transferable license.

You must follow all usage guidelines, security requirements, and applicable laws.

mimik reserves the right to monitor and restrict API usage.
